: The Project Management specialization focuses on developing skills that are required to effectively lead and manage a complex IT project. This specialization also allows you to integrate information technologies, business and human interaction skills.
You will also be introduced to a variety of topics including assessing product requirements; establishing configuration management; understanding the impact of evolving legal and regulatory issues on a project; understanding team dynamics; and using tools for project planning, estimation, budgeting and risk management.
