NJ Training works offers online courses and job placement services to New Jersey Residents, who qualify for Workforce NJ and Work First NJ-Funded Training programs.
From a computer with an internet connection, trainees will have the opportunity to use eLearning means to become proficient in new skills leading to employment in high demand employment tracks. Trainees will receive online instruction and assistance using computers at convenient One-Stop Offices or from any computer with internet access. NJIT instructors will be available to each trainee in a variety of formats. NJIT online instructors will lead:

1. Individual, one-on-one, real-time tutoring,
2. Group, one-to-many, real-time problem solving sessions,
3. Group, one-to-many, anytime discussion forums, and/or
4. Individual, one-on-one, telephone call-in support.
