In this course, students will focus on scheduling, estimating, tracking and controlling the schedule and costs of the project, including the development and application of Gantt charts, CPM and PERT techniques. Completion of the course requires students to create a project plan that includes cost, scheduling and risk assessment.

Entrance into this non-traditional, online Baccalaureate degree program requires completion of an Associate of Science, Associate of Arts or Associate of Applied Science degree or its equivalency. A student who has met the equivalency requirements will have completed a minimum of 48 credits in General Education courses and 42 credits of electives. Applicants who do not possess a completed Associate degree from an accredited institution at entrance will have their transfer college credits evaluated by the Student Affairs Department.
