Program Detail	: This course covers Web page design issues and basic techniques for Web page layout. Students are introduced to design and layout approaches; markup languages such HTML; and Web page development packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Front Page and others. These tools are then used to create basic Web pages. Special issues in using markup languages such as encryption and metatags are also discussed, as are selected Web page special effects such as animation, streaming and cascading style sheets.
