Program Detail	: This course explores PC systems from both hardware and operating system points of view, and introduces fundamentals of PC networking. Hardware topics include system boards, processors, memory, power supplies, input/output (I/O) ports, internal adapters, printers and basic networking devices. The Windows operating system is introduced in peer-to-peer and client/server configurations. Together with material presented in ECT-115L, the course introduces topics of the Computing Technology Industry Association's (CompTIA's) A+ certification exam.
