: This course introduces management issues, benefits and methodologies of groupware and
the Internet. Technologies critical to groupware, such as the Internet; e-mail; messaging; workflow and process management; group calendaring and scheduling; collaborative document and image management; and electronic meeting systems, are covered. Issues of implementation and management strategies for groupware are also discussed. Students work in groups, using groupware software, on a collaborative project over the Internet. |
