Program Detail	: This course focuses on the role of the library media teacher in the curriculum. Students apply curriculum and instructional design models to supporting and partnering with classroom teachers. Include is the role of the LMT as instructional leader, equipped to lead professional development activities and to collaborate in planning, teaching, and evaluating multi-resource units and courses. The LMT is also competent in assembling and creating instructional materials, as well as in assisting colleagues and students to do so. Communication and human relations skills are integrated throughout the course.
