Program Detail	: This course is intended to provide prospective college and university administrators with a working knowledge of strategies, techniques, issues, and practices related to college and university budget development and implementation. Attention is given to the formulation of various budgetary strategies; presentation strategies for multiple constituencies; development and execution of the University budget, including various revenue sources and review of expenditure patterns; and how strategies vary among types of institutions. Students will also have an opportunity to engage in financial analysis and modeling and to explore the current issues in the financing of higher education.
