The course introduces several frameworks for analyzing foreign policy including actor/process, rational choice, organizational behavior, and governmental politics models. Students use these models to analyze state foreign policy decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations. The course also introduces the student to the twentieth century foreign policy decision-making of the world?s Great Powers: Germany, France, Great Britain, USSR, Russia, China, Japan, and the United States. | |||
