| Program Detail | : This course is designed to provide students with a foundation and perspective on the nature of adult learning, and how adult learning is distinct from other forms of learning among infants, toddlers, middle childhood, and adolescents in the human life cycle. Students examine the ideas of learning theorists and practitioners from the fields of education and training in order to address the relationship between theories of how adults learn and the teaching methods by which they are applied in the classroom. Students also address learning methods used by adults in everyday life and how to incorporate such natural methods into a concept of ?lifelong learning? for adults. | |||
