: This course is an introduction to terrorist cults and personalities. Studies focus on a variety of aspects related to terrorist organizations and individuals. Students will develop understanding of how various terrorist cults and personalities affect national security, how understanding terrorism personalities can aid the counterterrorism war, and what the future looks like in the war against terrorism. In this course, studies will cover a variety of aspects related to terrorist organizations and individuals, including Osama bin Laden, Sinn Fein, and Hizballah. A range of interesting books and article on the subject will be covered, to include "Origins of Terrorism: Psychologies, Ideologies, Theologies, States of Mind," "Behind the Mask: The IRA and Sinn Fein.
