| Program Detail | : This course is a study in the major decisions made by law enforcement executives from a variety of levels and locales. Ranging from crisis management to policy to legal to ethical to tactical to political to administrative decisions, key law enforcement leaders are studied from the aspects of their decision making style, the ramifications of key decisions, and the legacy of those decisions months, years, and even decades after their implementation. The intent of the course is to provide a thorough analysis of executive decision making for the student from which the student can appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of some of history?s and today?s executives and their decisions while reflecting on the student?s own style and approach to decision making. | |||
