Unfortunately, this skill is typically neglected, resulting in unnecessary expenditure of time and effort. Documents often sit unread while IT professionals seek information directly from their peers, which is not always acceptable or possible in busy workplaces. This course will develop those skills necessary for an IT professional to identify and respond to communication needs within the IT environment, so that the professional can produce clear, concise, and appropriate IT documentation for peers and supervisors, with the ultimate goal of increasing organizational standardization and efficiency. | |||
