This course provides students with a comprehensive look at family law practice in the state of Pennsylvania. The course covers substantive as well as procedural aspects of such topics as marriage, divorce, support, alimony, custody, equitable distribution, and protection from abuse through the study of statutes, case law, and rules of civil procedure. Whenever possible, students apply their knowledge through ?hands-on? paralegal assignments. | |||
