| Program Detail | : In today?s dynamic business organizational environment, it is not enough to hold title to resources and information. These must both be utilized most effectively if an organization is to be profitable in our current global economy. As such, this course builds upon the concepts of how accurate, timely, and instantaneous information retrieval can be utilized to support all organizational activities. In addition, emphasis is placed upon how information support systems impact decision-making processes at all levels of the organization. This course presents the various managerial information support systems such as transaction processing, structured decision, and support and knowledge systems. | |||
