Program Detail	: To achieve project success in today's fast-paced, schedule compressed and resource scarce environments, the project manager must possess the ability to assess, manage and interact with inherent and unforeseen project risks. This seminar introduces the participant to the fundamentals of Project Risk Analysis and Management. A practical and experience-based approach shall be utilized to uncover, communicate and develop successful strategies to transform project risks into project opportunities. Participants will gain an understanding of project risk and the systematic breakdown of risk management processes as set forth by the PMI Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
