This course provides learners with an overview of the operating principles and pros and cons of major instructional delivery systems, including the classroom, multi-media, computer-based instruction, distance learning and emerging systems like knowledge management, action learning and the learning organization. Using an understanding of instructional theory and application guidelines, learners will critique several intact delivery systems, and develop appropriate implementation strategies.
