Program Detail	: This course addresses the important elements of risk management, including: risk planning, identifying risk, quantifying risk, impact analysis, development of appropriate responses and risk control. Learners will gain an appreciation of the systematic process of identifying, analyzing and appropriately responding of project risk. The course will look at the probability and consequences of maximizing positive events and minimizing the probability and consequences of negative impacting events. The learner will have a better understanding of risk and how to appropriately apply it to projects.
