The cost portion of the course covers resource planning, cost estimation, cost control systems, project budgeting and the basic accounting principles you need to know to ensure the success of your project.
You'll also learn about earned value, variance analysis and resource constraints. You'll have the opportunity to practice these useful tools and techniques in the classroom, then apply them in the workplace the next day. |
