This program is also recommended for senior ministry staff seeking a sabbatical or refresher experience, bi-vocational ministers (e.g., a church planter who employs professional skills in the marketplace for financial support), and those serving in roles with tasks that may differ from those expected of traditional church leadership positions.

Each semester is approximately 13 weeks in length.

Students may choose to receive the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study mid-way through the Ph.D. program once they have successfully completed 30 semester hours of coursework.
