Dawson College is a CEGEP (Coll?ge d'enseignement g?n?ral et professionnel or College of General and Vocational Education) located in Montreal, Quebec. It is the largest English language CEGEP in existence with a student population of over seven thousand day students and three thousand night students. Originally spread over the city, currently Dawson College occupies the former mother house of the Congregation of Notre-Dame-de-Montreal, a large yellow-brick building located at 4001 De Maisonneuve in Westmount, at the corner of Atwater Avenue (Atwater metro station). Dawson College provides students with many alternatives to the standard learning environment. Reflections and North South are sub-programs within the social studies program. New School is an innovative course grouping.
